Read before listed
Each entry is a write up, not a scraped description. What it does, how it is distributed, where it fits, and what using it commits you to.
The caveats are the point
Every entry carries a watch out section. Rate limits, hidden paid tiers, licences that are not what they look like. A list without those is an advert with a search box.
